Meet Marcia Lee, Our Founder and Owner
Marcia Lee brings over 15 years of experience working with children and adults with various disabilities in multiple settings, including residential environments. Her dedication and exceptional service were recognized in 2023 when she was honored as the Employee of the Year for providing outstanding care and enriching experiences to adults with disabilities.
Her passion for creating inclusive and enriching experiences led her to establish MDL Partners in Caring, a place where everyone can explore, learn, and connect in a supportive community.
With a background deeply rooted in the arts, Marcia has a knack for creating memorable art within the culinary, floral, and event design spaces. Her expertise and creativity shine through in our diverse range of classes and activities, from floral arrangement designs to culinary arts, arts & crafts, book clubs, social groups with games, giftwrapping classes, and holiday events.
